BIO
Brunella Provvidente earned her MFA in Performance Design from Arizona State University, a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Directing by Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), and a tecnhical degree in Circus Performance by Escola Nacional de Circo (Brazil). Selected credits as scenic designer include The House of the Spirits, Brooklyn Bridge, Childsplay's Elephant and Piggie's: We are in a Play!, and The Black Theatre Troupe's latest productions as the resident scenic designer for their 2021-2022 season. In addition to designing for live performance, Brunella also has been creating graphics for the ASU Herberger Institute's MainStage Season since 2015, Interplanetary Initiative's Port of Mars and Mission: Interplanetary in partnership with Slate, Create Academy Charter School, Studio Luna (former Teatro Luna West), The Bridge Initiative, and St. Bird Labs.
